In a compassionate setting, therapy can help you feel more fully alive and more satisfied with your life. I work with individuals and couples, inclusive of all partner and family configurations. Individual therapy can help ease anxiety and depression. Communication and intimacy are common concerns for couples. Sometimes the initial focus involves attempting to restore trust.

As the author and physician, Rachel Naomi Remen, said: "We thought we could cure everything, but it turns out that we can only cure a small amount of human suffering. The rest of it needs to be healed, and that’s different."

An experienced individual and couples therapist with a humanistic approach.

I am a relationship and relationship trauma therapist. Distress often occurs within the context of how we relate, and our prior and current relationships. Therapy can provide a place to explore loss, sadness, a traumatic past, as well as current relationship challenges.
